📦 Shipping Charges

Note: The shipping charge (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order. The final payable amount shown is all-inclusive with no hidden charges.

⏱️ Delivery Timelines

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or carrier delays. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

📋 Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST may be processed the next business day
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed
• A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you can track it using:

• The tracking link in your shipping notification email
• Our Track Order page using your order number and phone number
• The courier partner's website using the AWB/tracking number

📍 Delivery Attempts

• Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 2-3 times
• If you're unavailable, the courier will leave a notification and attempt redelivery
• After failed attempts, the order may be returned to us
• For reshipment of returned orders, additional shipping charges may apply

• Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate
• Someone should be available to receive the order at the delivery address
• Inspect the package for damage before accepting delivery
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please keep the exact amount ready
• Delivery to P.O. Boxes is not available
