7-Day Return Policy: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the product meets our return eligibility criteria.
â Eligible for Returns
Products are eligible for return if:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product is significantly different from what was shown/described
- Product received is expired or has very short remaining shelf life
- Package was tampered with upon arrival
- Product is unopened and in original packaging
â Not Eligible for Returns
The following cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
- Products without original packaging or with damaged packaging (by customer)
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items with tampered seals or removed labels
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
- Perishable items that have been stored improperly
- Products purchased during final sale or clearance promotions (unless damaged)

Our team will review and approve your return request within 24-48 hours
Ship or Pickup
We'll arrange pickup or provide return shipping instructions
đ Return Shipping
- Damaged/Wrong Products: We will arrange free pickup or reimburse return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer bears the return shipping cost
- Products must be shipped in original packaging with all accessories/documents
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
đ° Refund After Return
Once we receive and verify the returned product:
- Verification takes 2-3 business days after receipt
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- For COD orders, refund will be via bank transfer (please provide account details)

Instead of a refund, you may opt for a replacement (subject to availability):
- Same product replacement if available in stock
- Equivalent product if original is out of stock (with your approval)
