  • Package was tampered with upon arrival
  • Product is unopened and in original packaging

❌ Not Eligible for Returns

The following cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
  • Products without original packaging or with damaged packaging (by customer)
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items with tampered seals or removed labels
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
  • Perishable items that have been stored improperly
  • Products purchased during final sale or clearance promotions (unless damaged)

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Damaged/Wrong Products: We will arrange free pickup or reimburse return shipping costs

  • Products must be shipped in original packaging with all accessories/documents
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

💰 Refund After Return

Once we receive and verify the returned product:

  • Verification takes 2-3 business days after receipt
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • For COD orders, refund will be via bank transfer (please provide account details)
